Steven M. Riggins

Having grown up in the construction industry, Steve has over 26 years of hands on construction experience. Starting in construction as a framer he worked his way up to management. He became a licensed general contractor in 1991. After graduating Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Business Management, Finance and Human Resources he went on to become the Vice President/Partner and RMO of Riggins Construction & Management, Inc. until late 2002. His duties included estimating, project management and supervision of all types of commercial and industrial tenant improvements, renovations, and new construction projects from Santa Barbara to San Diego. In 2003, Steve went to work for Caliber Paving Company, Inc. as Senior Project Manager until early 2007. Currently Steve is the President and RMO of Excaliber Contractors.

William Oppelt

Bill brings 42 years of construction experience to Excaliber Contractors. Bill has worked as a Carpenter, Electrician and with Communication and Data installations. His attention to detail and organizational skills really expedite difficult projects with tough deadlines. He's known for being a 'hands on' supervisor. He has worked his way up to management and into his position as Superintendent.

Stevie Jackson

Stevie has been with Excaliber Contractors since inception. She has been in the construction industry for over 5 years as an Office Manager and Project Coordinator. Stevie brings excellent computer and organizational skills to Excaliber and is continuing to grow along with the company. Day to day operations and decision making skills make her the perfect Office Manager.
